**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update and maintain architectural BIM models from **LOD 400** up to **LOD 500**.
- Produce **high-quality renderings and visualizations** for presentations, client approvals, and design validation.
- Generate **detailed shop drawings** (plans, sections, elevations, schedules).
- Support **3D coordination and clash detection** with structure and MEP.
- Ensure compliance with **BIM Execution Plan (BEP) & QA/QC requirements**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in **Revit**, Navisworks and rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, Twin motion or equivalent).
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Familiarity with BIM Level of Development (LOD 350-500).
- Good understanding of **coordination workflows** and drawing production.
