**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Buying**:

- Plan, negotiate, and purchase digital ad space on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other online channels.
- Monitor ad campaigns to ensure they are delivering the desired results, within budget, and with a strong ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust media buys to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO strategies into paid campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our website content stays competitive.
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure that the website is technically optimized for SEO.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Manage end-to-end digital ad campaigns from concept through execution.
- Use SEO insights to improve targeting and audience segmentation for paid media.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to continuously improve performance.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to monitor campaign performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for paid media campaigns and organic search performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media and SEO strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate with external vendors, platforms, and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered as expected.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in media buying, SEO, and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in digital media buying and SEO.
- Proven experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console).
- Ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns in line with SEO efforts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
