**Position Overview**: We have an urgent opening for an experienced professional to manage social media ads across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram (focused on eCommerce & lead generation). This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with retail media experience, responsible for driving eCommerce and conversion campaigns. You’ll be part of our digital marketing team, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & eCommerce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime to maximize value
- Optimize plans and budgets for the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjust as necessary
- Experiment with new platforms and channels for campaign growth
- Ensure creative and effective ad placements
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Media Buyer in digital marketing (eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Strong familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research practices
- Passionate about staying current on advertising and media trends
- Proficiency with media analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in marketing
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
