**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns to achieve **scalable growth in sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition**.
- Conduct **audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing** to improve ad performance.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and Shopify analytics**.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure ad copies, creatives, and landing pages align with **brand positioning**.
- Work closely with senior management to forecast budgets and create growth strategies for the US marketplace.
- Stay updated on new features, trends, and strategies in **digital advertising for fashion & apparel e-commerce**.
- Mentor and guide a small team of media buyers for effective campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- **5-7 years of hands-on experience** as a Media Buyer with expertise in **Google Ads & Meta Ads**.
- Proven track record of running campaigns for **e-commerce fashion/clothing & apparel brands**.
- Strong experience in **international markets (US marketplace preferred)**.
- Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
- Experience in **budget management, scaling campaigns, and achieving high ROI**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
