**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Work & Outreach**:

- Conduct market visits, surveys, and promotional field activities
- Represent the company at local campaigns and events
- **Market Research**:

- Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Assist in preparing insights and findings for reporting
- **Market Analysis**:

- Support the team in analyzing market data for planning and strategy
- Identify potential opportunities and gaps in target markets
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments and field teams for smooth execution
- Communicate effectively to ensure timely delivery of campaign goals
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily logs of field activities and marketing progress
- Prepare basic reports to assist in performance tracking
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day branding, promotional, and lead generation tasks
- Contribute ideas and feedback to optimize campaigns
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-driven, and ready to take initiative
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Willingness to travel for field activities
