Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries and concerns effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales by explaining the benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of company products or services and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Follow communication scripts provided by the company to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work well under pressure.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,613.55 per month
