**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage service team.
Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
**Guest Experience**:
Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service at all times.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to provide recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
**Operations Management**:
Oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock levels.
Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations and provide a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
**Performance Monitoring**:
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Monitor service levels and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Track and analyze sales and customer feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
**Training and Development**:
Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and company policies.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff members to help them excel in their roles and advance their careers within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
Must have experience of 3-5 Years
Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and staff members.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
