Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Service Captain, where your passion for hospitality and leadership skills will shine. As a Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the restaurant's front-of-house operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Ensure guests receive prompt and personalized service, exceeding their expectations.
- **Order Accuracy**: Supervise order-taking and ensure accuracy in serving food and beverages.
- **Training**: Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- **Shift Management**: Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service during peak times.
- **Quality Control**: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the dining area.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to streamline communication and service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Food Handler's Certificate.
- Certification in hospitality or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
