Core responsibilities
- **Calendar and schedule management**: Booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing the calendars for staff or executives.
- **Administrative tasks**: Filing documents, managing databases, performing data entry, and maintaining office records.
- **Document preparation**: Typing, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Office management**: Ordering and stocking office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- **Travel coordination**: Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for staff.
- **Financial support**: Assisting with expense tracking, processing invoices, and managing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- **Support and coordination**: Providing general support to other staff members, assisting with event planning, and acting as a point of contact for visitors and clients.
Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month
