**Job Title: Control-M Administrator**

**Location**: Hyderabad and Bangalore
**Shift Timings**: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM (IST)
**Notice Period**: 30 Days (should be serving)

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Work Mode**: Hybrid

**Role Overview**:
The Control-M Administrator will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Control-M environments. You will ensure seamless job scheduling and batch processing, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and administer Control-M environments.
- Monitor and manage batch job schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to job failures or delays.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize job scheduling and workflow automation.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Provide support during non-business hours as part of an on-call rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- 2.5 to 5 years of experience in Control-M administration.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling and batch processing.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Control-M environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Mainframes is mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (IST).
