**Salary**: 25K to 30K

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with experience in Banking, Finance, Real Estate, or Insurance to convert leads from our presale’s consultants through on-site visits, securing high-quality client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Visit potential clients, address queries, and convert leads.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport to ensure smooth conversions.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule follow-up meetings with senior BDMs.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends.
- Target Achievement: Execute sales techniques to meet targets.
- Reporting: Provide progress updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years in Sales/Client Relations in relevant sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and independent working skills.
- Willing to conduct field visits.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
