Role Overview:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Yoova Foodstuff Pvt Ltd, you will be

responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring the effective and

efficient execution of our business strategies. You will work closely with the CEO and

other key stakeholders to drive growth, optimize processes, and maximize

profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives

and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define long-term

goals and strategies.

2. Operational Oversight:

- Provide leadership and direction to the operational teams, including

production, supply chain, and quality control.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for

improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best

practices.

3. Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data and make

strategic decisions.

4. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to drive

revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and strategic discussions with potential clients,

suppliers, and partners.

5. Team Leadership:

- Build and develop a high-performing operational team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster

a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for the team and ensure

accountability.

6. Process Improvement:

- Streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency

and productivity.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures across the

organization.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization and lead initiatives to

address them.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a

related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar

position in the food industry.
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and innovation.
- Experience in managing complex operations and driving process

improvements.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
