**Role description**:
**Job Title**: Scrum Master

**Experience Range**: 7 to 12 years
**Hiring Locations**: Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate **Scrum ceremonies** including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on **Agile best practices**, ensuring adherence to **Scrum principles**.
- Work closely with **Product Owners** to refine and prioritize the **product backlog**.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and high team productivity.
- Foster a culture of **transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement**.
- Guide teams in **self-organization** and encourage ownership of deliverables.
- Track and report key **Agile metrics** (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, team health).
- Promote **Agile adoption** across the organization and drive **Agile transformations**.
- Collaborate with **stakeholders** to ensure alignment on business goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a **Scrum Master** in an **Agile environment**.
- Strong understanding of **Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies**.
- **Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)** certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools like **JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps**.
- Excellent **facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership** skills.
- Ability to manage **multiple teams and projects** in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong **problem-solving and decision-making** capabilities.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Experience in **coaching teams on Agile practices** and guiding them through Agile maturity.
