**Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership**:
1. Lead design teams on diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

2. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

**Design and Technical Expertise**:
1. Develop and implement architectural designs, meeting client requirements and industry standards.

2. Ensure aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design aspects.

3. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).

**Client and Stakeholder Management**:
1. Conduct site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders.

2. Interact with clients to understand their requirements and manage project timelines.

3. Prepare concept design presentations and BOQs (Civil and Architectural).

**Team Management and Mentorship**:
1. Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth and development.

2. Manage teams of junior and mid-level architects, designers, and project staff.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
1. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

2. Oversee creation of architectural plans, blueprints, and models.

3. Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Landscape, and other consultants.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to generate innovative design concepts
- In-depth knowledge of materials and construction methodology
- Experience working on various architectural projects
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional design and technical skills

**Experience**: 4+ years of experience

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
