**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership & Curriculum Implementation**
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure that lesson plans align with the school's philosophy and national/international early education standards.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and play-based learning strategies.

**2. Teacher Supervision & Professional Development**
- Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers in instructional techniques, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**3. Student Development & Well-being**
- Ensure a child-friendly, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor students’ progress and collaborate with teachers to address learning challenges.
- Work closely with parents to provide updates on student development and address concerns.

**4. Administrative & Operational Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee daily operations of the pre-primary section.
- Maintain student records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize school events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.

**5. Parent & Community Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with parents and serve as the primary point of contact for concerns regarding early childhood education.
- Organize parent workshops to promote awareness of child development and early learning strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
