Pre Primary Coordinator

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Teaching and Classroom Excellence**:

- Establish and maintain a model classroom that sets an exemplary standard for other educators.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with Anubhuti’s vision and educational standards.

**2. Coaching and Mentorship**:

- Provide one-on-one coaching and conduct group training sessions to enhance instructional practices of local teachers.
- Mentor newly hired or less experienced teachers, offering constructive feedback and support.

**3. Hiring and Onboarding Local Teachers**:

- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for local teachers.
- Develop and implement a structured onboarding process to integrate new teachers into the school's culture and teaching framework.

**4. Classroom Observations and Feedback**:

- Regularly observe classrooms to monitor teaching effectiveness.
- Offer constructive, actionable feedback to improve instructional quality and student engagement

**5. Affiliation and Documentation Management**:

- Handle compliance requirements and maintain documentation to uphold school and program affiliations.
- Ensure records meet NGO and government standards.

**6. Building Partnerships**:

- Collaborate with local teachers and community partners to enhance educational resources.
- Foster partnerships that support teacher development and enrich students’ learning experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
