**Pre-Primary Coordinator**

**Location**: Shahjahanpur
**Salary**: ₹55,000 - ₹60,000
**Qualification**: B.Ed. (Master’s Degree preferred)
**Experience**: 3-5 years in Pre-Primary Education

**Roles & Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development & Implementation**:

- Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Ensuring alignment with early childhood education standards.
- Introducing innovative teaching methodologies.

**2. Teacher Training & Supervision**:

- Conducting regular training sessions for pre-primary teachers.
- Observing classroom activities and providing feedback.
- Ensuring teachers follow best practices in early childhood education.

**3. Student Learning & Development**:

- Monitoring student progress and implementing intervention programs.
- Ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Encouraging play-based and activity-based learning.

**4. Parent Engagement & Communication**:

- Organizing parent-teacher meetings and workshops.
- Addressing concerns and providing developmental guidance.
- Encouraging parental involvement in school activities.

**5. Administration & Compliance**:

- Ensuring adherence to school policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinating with management for infrastructure and resource planning.
- Maintaining records of student performance and teacher evaluations.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
