**Job Description**:
**Your Career**

The learning management system (LMS/CMS) administrator will serve as the primary system administrator and will oversee the installation of all system updates and upgrades including, but not limited to, optimization of platform for various stakeholder groups, creating content governance, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, documenting processes and policies, and developing reports and queries for a variety of stakeholders.

**Your Impact**
- Evaluate current state of LMS/CMS company wide and make enhancement recommendations based on input from internal stakeholder groups
- Set standards, configuration management guidelines and determine a cross-functional taxonomy, housekeeping standards and governance
- Upload, test and update e-Learning modules
- Work with multiple departments and business units to implement new services, modules and integrations that involve the system
- Manage learner setup, administration, workshop assignments and assessment scoring
- Create schedule and run reports and queries
- Collect, analyze and publish training metrics
- Provides administrative support for the system to all internal and external stakeholder groups
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Expertise in enterprise ready learning management systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Demonstrated experience in creating and running data summary reports
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
