This role is based in our Pune, Maharashtra office. We are focused on team participation and committed to working a full-time schedule in our Pune office.

**Who We Need**:
An IT Systems Administrator is responsible for working on implementation projects as well as managing and configuring the IT infrastructure.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in the automation and management of the software development lifecycle.
- Help to build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Configure cloud infrastructure, including Office 365 and Virtual Desktops
- Setup network configurations.
- Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Monitor system health.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improve the development, deployment, and software deployment pipelines.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including internal and external users.
- Accurately track time by hours and project billing codes in Company project tracking software.
- Participate in other Company initiatives and duties as required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in programming, system administration, networking, and/or cloud management.
- Basic understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Practical exposure to Jenkins, GitHub, GIT, Docker, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps tools to automate and streamline the build, test, deployment, and software deployment processes.
- Practical exposure to cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent critical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with small teams, and high-impact, deadline-driven projects.
