**Systems Administrator**: This is a centralised role responsible for all the IT and ITES needs of various schools and colleges operating under the aegis of MAEER’s MIT Group of Institutions. The profile involves traveling to different locations of Maharashtra as and when required to meet the various maintenance and repair requirements of the units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of the maintenance and repair of computers, Laptops, Printers, networking equipment, interactive digital platforms, CC TVs, wi-fi systems of all the units operating in Pune and other locations.
- Planning and substantiating the hardware requirements of the operating units in consultation with the respective departments and heads.
- Assisting in the purchase of hardware and software in collaboration with the purchase department and operations team working centrally for the units.
- Installation and commissioning of IT and ITES equipment as and when required in all the units.
- Preparing and maintenance of IT and ITES assets records of all the units.
- Microsoft systems administration including implementing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft solutions.

**Roles**:

- Preparation of prospective plan of hardware and software requirement to the management for approval.
- Validation of IT & ITES requirements raised by the units.
- Sharing the supplier and vendors list with the operations team for facilitating the purchase process.
- Training of unit resources.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of component level repair and installation of computers, laptops, networking, wi-fi systems.
- Formatting and installation of operating systems, software and maintaining the same.
- Planning of networking, wi-fi systems, CCTV installation and introductory communication devices.

**Experience**:

- At least 5-10 years of experience in service and installation of the above-mentioned hardware with any service or product industry.
- Experience in information security, installation and management of firewalls and setting up of servers and database systems in the previous assignments.
- Experience in working with any comprehensive ERP software is preferred.

**Qualification**:

- BCA/MCA or BE/B.Tech. /Diploma/B.Sc. in Computers
- Microsoft Certification in Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and ITIL Foundation

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
