**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Create and verify backups of the data and understanding of TCP IP protocol.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Administrate infrastructure like firewalls, databases, malware protection software, etc. Morning checks of systems / Servers / Firewall/mail are working fine or not.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Office 365 console administration and network Traffic Shaping.
- Managing and maintaining overall network Infrastructure, Windows Server Administration, Ubuntu, and Windows Systems. User administration (setup and maintaining account) Adding/deleting/creating/modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Managing all devices in the Network i.e., Computers, Laptops, Printers, and Ethernet Switches.
- Assigning Static IP addresses to all Clients and Uploading the Recording on the given FTP site.
- Installing and configuring new software updates and configuration changes.
- Verify that peripherals are working properly or not.
- Monitor system performance and network communication.
- Installing, Testing, and Troubleshooting Desktops and Laptops at both Hardware and software Levels.
- Postmaster Enterprise Mail Server and Creating user Mail Ids in the postmaster.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP** networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with **Windows Server** and **Ubuntu/Linux**.
- Experience with **Office 365** administration.
- Familiarity with **antivirus, firewall, and security protocols** is preferred.
- Comfortable working with **FTP tools**, **LAN/WAN**, and **Active Directory**.
- Experience with **hardware troubleshooting** and **software installation**.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, computers or any other technical field.
- Ability work as an individual contributor
- Immediate joiner with ability to work from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
