General Summary: Able to gather requirements, configure, test and troubleshoot all activities for the ECP/SAP HCM Payroll Module.

Details of Functions:

- Ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Perform system configuration, Unit Testing, Data loading and user training.
- Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to achieve on time on budget projects.
- Ability to run HR (Employee Central Payroll/SAP HCM Payroll) business requirement workshop.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years in a ECP/SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consulting role
- Completed at-least 2 End to End SAP HR project as the functional consultant (Payroll implementation is a must)
- Ability to maintain accurate client communication.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach.
