**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key accounts.
- Coordinating sales activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to customers.
- Conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5/7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
