**SALES TRAINEE**

**LENTIKART**

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales role. You will work closely with the sales team, learning about the company's products/services, sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management. Upon successful completion of the training, you may be assigned a specific sales territory or customer segment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Training**:
Participate in all phases of the training program, including product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and market analysis.

Attend workshops, seminars, and other training sessions as part of the learning process.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on product changes, market trends, and competitor activity.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Learn how to identify and understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

**Sales Strategy & Techniques**:
Observe and assist senior sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies.

Help develop proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

**Sales Calls & Meetings**:
Accompany sales representatives on client visits, attend meetings, and learn effective sales communication and negotiation skills.

**Market Research**:
Assist in gathering and analyzing market data, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.

**Sales Tools**:
Get familiar with CRM tools and other sales support software for maintaining customer information and tracking sales activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in MS Office

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

**Career Path**:
After successful completion of the training program, potential advancement to Sales Executive or other sales roles based on performance and assessment.

**Compensation**:
Stipend during training period.

Full-time position after successful completion of training, with competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
