**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote solar on-grid solutions and generate sales leads.
- Handle telecalling, cold calls, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution.
- Track and report sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any field.
- 1-2 years of sales/telecalling experience (solar sales a plus).
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries and close sales.
