**Job Summary**:
Maa-Si Care Clinic is looking for a passionate and empathetic **Inside Sales Executive** to connect with new mothers seeking breastfeeding and postpartum support. You will play a key role in nurturing leads, understanding their pain points, and converting them into paying clients for our consultation programs and lactation support services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referral sources
- Conduct consultation discovery calls, understand client problems, and explain our services
- Qualify leads based on need, urgency, and program fit (training will be provided)
- Build trust through empathetic communication and product/service knowledge
- Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp for undecided or pending clients
- Maintain lead data, call logs, and follow-up tracking using CRM or internal tools
- Work closely with the consultation and operations team for smooth onboardingMeet monthly targets for lead conversions and consultations booked

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English (clarity + empathy required)
- Strong follow-up discipline and persuasive communication skills
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with calm and confidence
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or women-centric services is a plus
