**Job Summary**: As a Research Analyst (RA) in our Wealth Management division, you will play a crucial role in developing the investment strategy for the clientele of the company. Your primary objective in this role will be to help clients achieve their financial goals and grow their wealth through informed investment decisions.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- As a RA, you will be expected to have a deep & clear understanding of the client's financial situation, risk tolerance, investment goals, time horizon, and any specific preferences or constraints. This client profiling is essential for developing personalized investment strategies.
- Conducting in-depth research on various investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), alternative investments, and more. The analyst evaluates the risk and return characteristics of these investments to make informed recommendations.
- Based on the client's profile and investment objectives, the RA constructs and manages investment portfolios. They diversify assets to spread risk and optimize returns, while also rebalancing portfolios periodically to maintain the desired asset allocation.
- Staying up-to-date with the global economic and market trends, analyzing macroeconomic indicators, and assessing the potential impact on investment strategies. This involves monitoring geopolitical events, interest rates, inflation, and other relevant factors.
- Work with the in-house client engagement team and plan the best strategies to enhance the clients alternate investment portfolio
- Work with the leadership team on white papers/reports that the company publishes for its clientele on regular intervals.
- Based on their research and analysis, investment analysts present investment recommendations to clients supported by strong rationale to help them make informed decisions. This would cover identifying & quantifying various risk factors and helping clients mitigate them.
- To review their investment needs to determine whether market changes, life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for portfolio rebalancing and connecting with the client, whenever required.
- Conducting due diligence on investment products, asset managers, and other financial institutions to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and align with the client's objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions and actively provide feedback to the management team to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Eligibility Criterion**:

- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word & Powerpoint in a must
- An attitude to grow & work hard. A good team player who enjoys finance and investment management.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
