**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers via calls, messages, and visits to explain short-term loan products.
- Generate leads through referrals, social media, and field networking.
- Coordinate with the operations and credit team for loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain good relationships with customers for renewals and repeat business.
- Meet monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Maintain proper records in the CRM/system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Adhere to all NBFC policies, ethical practices, and compliance standards.

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products and finance sector.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident personality.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).
- Experience: 0.6-2 years in loan sales / telecalling / NBFC / banking sector.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Fixed salary

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
