**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the target international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the EdTech sector.
- Generate high-quality leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Present and promote company products and solutions to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 1-2 years of proven B2B sales International experience in the EdTech industry.
- Strong exposure to international markets, particularly India, the Middle East, Asia, the Philippines, Russia, and Taiwan.
- Excellent lead generation and revenue-generation skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
**Good to Have**:
- Experience in SaaS-based EdTech sales or subscription-based models.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the target regions is a plus.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Salary Range**:
- As per industry standards.
