**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Customer Care Executive** who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, size and fit guidance, shipping updates, and returns/exchanges.
- Manage complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Follow up proactively to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.
- Provide product knowledge and styling assistance to customers when needed.
- Suggest improvements in customer care processes based on feedback and recurring issues.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream) with 0-2 years of customer service experience (freshers can also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
