As a Product Associate for Keepsake, you will play an integral role in supporting the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the success and growth of Keepsake in the market.
As a Product Associate, you will collaborate closely with various teams such as software engineers, UI/UX designers, and marketing specialists to contribute to the development and enhancement of Keepsake's features and offerings. Your responsibilities will include assisting in product strategy execution, conducting market research, analyzing data, managing user feedback, and optimizing communication channels to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Assist the Product Manager in executing product strategies and initiatives to drive growth and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to gather and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, retention, revenue, and other metrics. Generate reports and insights to inform product decisions.
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and user preferences. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Monitor and manage user feedback channels, including surveys, reviews, and customer support interactions. Compile feedback data and work with relevant teams to address user concerns and improve product features.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to product management and user experience.
A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Master's degree in Business or Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in product management, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
- Passion for consumer products and a drive to create impactful user experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
