**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Finance Leadership**:
Drive the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to align with business goals and growth targets.
- **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**:
Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations; manage risks, internal controls, and audits.
- **Cash Flow & Treasury Management**:
Optimize working capital, manage cash flows, and develop treasury strategies.
- **Reporting & MIS**:
Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, board reports, and KPIs for management decision-making.
- **Team Leadership**:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team; mentor and develop internal talent.
- **Cost Optimization**:
Drive initiatives for cost efficiency, margin improvement, and operational financial discipline across the business.

**Qualifications**:

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution
- Proven track record in managing finance for growth-stage or mid-sized FMCG/D2C/consumer brands
- Strong grasp of Indian and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience in dealing with investors, board reporting, and fundraising
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

**Must Have**:

- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or D2C/e-commerce-led businesses
- Exposure to international markets and cross-border financial compliance

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
