**About the Role**:
The Academic Counselor provides guidance and support to students in their academic journeys, helping them navigate educational programs, career paths, and personal challenges. This role involves assessing student needs, developing personalized academic plans, and facilitating resources to enhance student success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls and digital marketing activities to generate leads and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and networking.
- Guide students in exploring career options and developing job search strategies.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

**Note**:

- Laptop is Mandatory (company will not provide).
- No virtual interviews will be conducted.
