Academic Counselor:
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards their academic and career goals. You will provide personalized advice, support, and resources to help students navigate the complexities of the education system.
**Responsibilities**:
Student Counseling:
- Conduct individual assess students' academic needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Provide guidance on course selection, academic planning, and time management.
- Offer support and advice on study skills ,strategies, and learning techniques.
- Help students develop effective goal-setting and problem-solving skills.
Admissions Counseling:
- Provide information on various colleges and universities, including admission requirements and deadlines.
- Guide students in selecting suitable institutions based on their academic interests and career aspirations.
Career Counseling:
- Conduct career assessments to help students identify their strengths, interests, and values.
- Provide information on various career paths and job market trends.
- Assist students with resume writing, cover letter preparation, and interview skills.
- Offer guidance on graduate school admissions and professional certifications.
Academic Support:
- Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary.
- Maintain accurate student records and track student progress.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest trends in education and counseling.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
