**Academic Counselor**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding students towards academic success. The Academic Counselor will provide personalized guidance, support, and motivation to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of educational principles, and a passion for helping students succeed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' academic needs, learning styles, and goals.
- Provide personalized academic counseling and guidance to students and their parents/guardians.
- Develop individualized learning plans based on student assessments and educational objectives.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Address student concerns and resolve academic challenges effectively.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, learning resources, and study strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and performance.
- Provide updates on student engagement and academic achievements.
- Address parental concerns and provide support and guidance.

**Course and Program Support**:

- Provide information and guidance on the programs.
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to ensure student success.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Generate reports on student performance and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Outreach and Engagement**:

- Participate in webinars, workshops, and other outreach activities to promote the company's programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutions.
- Help to develop and refine the student experience.
- Stay up to date on current educational trends, and best practices.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
