- Effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
