**Job Title**: Sales Executive (B2B and B2C)

**Location**: J and J House, Rajiv Gandhi Lane, Injakkal Junction, Maradu, PO, Ernakulam, Kerala - 682304

**Experience**: 0 to 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential customers in both B2B and B2C segments. Develop and implement strategies for generating new business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**: Conduct presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of the company’s products/services. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position the company’s products and services effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Administration**: Ensure all sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions are properly documented and filed according to company standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- **Results-Oriented**: Motivated by targets and driven to achieve sales goals.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Ernakulam region and its market dynamics is a plus.
