**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our electrical and solar panel products, and ensuring excellent customer service over the phone. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our products, and driving sales for our electrical and solar panel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our electrical and solar panel products and services.
- Promote and sell electrical equipment and solar panel systems to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into actual sales.
- Generate interest and provide personalized solutions to customer needs, explaining product features and benefits.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Building**:

- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries related to electrical and solar panel products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering valuable product information and assisting with any concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Continuously update knowledge of our electrical and solar panel products, including technical features, pricing, and benefits.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, renewable energy developments, and government policies related to solar energy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Provide customer insights to help improve products and services offered.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical, solar, or renewable energy sector.
- Age preference **:30+**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and solar panel products is a plus (training will be provided).
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
