We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Marketing sales Representative to develop and expand our presence in the Jammu & Kashmir region. This role is crucial for identifying local wholesalers and building strong relationships, understanding the needs of army cantonments, stations, and driving sales of our military, outdoor, Active and Tactical clothing line securing bulk orders, and supporting wholesale partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Development**: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the J&K market, focusing on army cantonments and related retail outlets.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail locations and within military units.
- **Sales Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor sales performance at various shops, analyze trends, and provide regular feedback to the company on sales data, market insights, and competitor activities.
- **Inventory Management**: Track product requirements and provide timely feedback to the production team to ensure adequate stock levels and meet customer demands.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including in-store promotions and local advertising.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to retailers and end-users.
- **Travel**: Occasional travel within the J&K region to visit retail locations and attend relevant events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the apparel, outdoor gear, or tactical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Familiarity with army cantonments and the needs of military personnel is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
- Proficiency in local languages (Kashmiri, Dogri, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
