**Designation: Client Relationship Coordinator**

**Position Overview**

The Client Relationship Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales operations, enhancing customer service, and improving team efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales operations, improve customer service, and boost team productivity.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**: Ensure the sales operations team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in our e-commerce platform to streamline order processing and communication.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales operations data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and meet business goals.
- **Client Support**: Respond to client queries promptly, resolving issues and providing a seamless customer experience.
