**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings. Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Ensure documents are filed properly and easily accessible.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Project Support: Assist with specific projects or initiatives, providing organizational support to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed by the executive team.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with scheduling and handling travel arrangements is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
