**1. Billing & Invoicing**:

- Prepare and generate invoices for services like elevator installation, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), repairs, and spare parts.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely dispatch of invoices to clients.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts department for collections.

**2. Back Office Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, service reports, and installation schedules.
- Assist the operations team by tracking the status of ongoing projects and service calls.
- Update ERP/CRM systems with client and job details.
- Prepare monthly reports for management on billing, outstanding payments, and service status.

**3. Coordination**:

- Coordination with clients for scheduling maintenance or repair visits.

**4. Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all documentation related to service contracts, insurance, and statutory compliance (such as safety certificates) is up to date.
