**Job Title**: RCM Executive

**Job Summary**:
The RCM Executive is responsible for managing the revenue cycle process, including medical claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and billing inquiries. The role ensures accurate processing and compliance with healthcare regulations to optimize revenue collection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Submit and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring timely payment.
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
- Manage claim denials and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Handle patient billing inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Monitor and reduce accounts receivable aging.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and coding standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, coding, and billing processes.
- Familiar with healthcare management software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,078.32 - ₹33,109.79 per month
