**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Manage daily operations** of the billing team, ensuring efficiency and task allocation.
- **Ensure high-quality, accurate billing** and follow up on any issues.
- **Audit processes** for compliance and performance.
- **Collaborate with other RCM teams** (Payment Posting, AR, Coding) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Lead quality improvement** efforts and provide feedback to the team.
- **Prepare performance reports** and track KPIs.
- **Evaluate team performance** and provide training or support.
- **Resolve issues** and escalate when necessary.
- **Respond to clinician queries** regarding billing.
- **Foster teamwork** and communication within the team.
**Qualifications**:
- 0.6-1 Years' Experience working as a RCM medical billing or medical billing is required.
- Experience with patient billing issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,910.60 - ₹32,855.85 per month
