**Billing Executive Job Responsibilities**:
■Preparation of company invoices/Bills as per project stage.

■Keep an accurate record of project billing.

■Knowledge in GST and TDS also all type of basic entry's in Tally.

■Send invoices and account updates to clients electronically and on paper.

■Update our system with payment information and other financial data.

■Handling employees vouchers.

■Statutory compliance related to the accounting.

■Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy.

■Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.

**What You'll Need to Get the Job Done**:

- 3+ years experience in a billing department
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and Tally.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
