1. Figma tool usage
- must know how to use Figma, and minimum 1-year
experience on the same to create landing page designs, etc.
2. Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analyse user feedback and data to inform design decisions and
improvements.
3. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes that showcase the layout and
functionality of digital products. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback
and testing.
4. Develop visually stunning and compelling designs for web and mobile
consistency across different platforms.
5. Design interactive elements and micro-interactions that enhance the user
experience and create an engaging product journey.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design
concepts into the final product.
7. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions
and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in UI/UX design. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance
skills and knowledge.
