**Job Title**: Marketing and Sales Manager
**Location**: Bangalore

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive to spearhead our growth and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Lead to insure optimal market penetration.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to management.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of on-ground experience in sales or marketing, specifically in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG Sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in microsoft powerpoint, excel, CRM software and sales performance tools is a plus.
- Should be able to speak Kannada, Hindi and English.
