**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and techniques to design collections suitable for target markets.
- Create detailed tech packs, mood boards, and color palettes.
- Sketch designs manually and digitally using CAD software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc).
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and materials for designs in coordination with the sourcing team.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Modify and improve existing products based on feedback from marketing, merchandising, and clients.
- Conduct regular visits to markets, fabric exhibitions, and fashion events for inspiration and sourcing.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and collections aligned with seasonal calendars.
- Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern masters, and tailors to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain design archives and documentation of past collections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in women's wear/menswear/ethnic or contemporary fashion.
- Strong drawing, illustration, and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW,etc.
- Knowledge of fabrics, têxtile techniques, embroidery, and garment construction.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and detail orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
