Contacting existing as well as new customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data from relevant directories & the

internet.
- Communicating with customers & understanding questions of customer requirements.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Should be able to make 50-60 daily calls.

**Requirement**:

- Graduate BA/BCom/BSc
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales

Department or Customer relationship management.
- Schooling - English medium must
- Excellent English Oral & written communication skills
- Quick leaner
- Self-motivated & confident
- BPO/KPO background is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality.
- Flare for communication & engaging with people.
- Immediate joiner.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
