We have a vacancy for Customer Relationship Executive

Details:
Job Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: Depends on Experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 3 years + experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Co-ordinate with the Sales team for day-to-day operations.

Responsible to check the stock quantity status daily and communicating the same to the sales team.

Responsible to place PO (purchase order) as per request and sending E-mails in regards to price updates to appropriate Vendors.

Responsible to coordinate with the logistics team for the shipment of products.

Coordination with the marketing team to dispatch marketing collateral to Vendors/partners.

Responsible to generate various MIS reports (Daily basis, Weekly & Monthly) Sales reports, Stock reports, and sharing the same with management.

Responsible to maintain records such as Purchase Orders, Inventory files, and sales reports.

Responsible for regular Follow-Up of PO, info exchange on cancellation / Amendment of PO with Vendors/partners.

Responsible to coordinate with Accounts Department for generating invoices against PO (purchase order), C-form Collection, and Outstanding Payment Collection.

Responsible to resolve the queries of Vendors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
